began her legal career as an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Los Angeles. In addition to being a California attorney, she is also licensed as a foreign attorney with the Rechtsanwaltskammer Celle in Germany.
Prior to working for the SEC, she worked as a licensed broker and "problem solver" with a national brokerage firm. Her motto is shared with the firm: now is the time for solutions and education. Although many of her clients come to her to get them out of a tough situation, more still come just to get educated. The more you know, the more you can help yourself. Many of her clients need only an initial conversation with her to see immediate returns. Her former and current clients include small, medium, and large businesses in both California and Germany succeeding with her help in many different industries, including maritime, real estate, technology, finance, and consulting.
Above all else, she builds trust and prides herself on being a confidant sounding board and problem solver. You may be somewhat surprised to find that she is as worried about your bottom line as you are.
She holds a J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis, and a degree with highest honors in Economics, also from the University of California, Davis. She is finishing her PhD in law at the University of Lüneburg, researching anti-corruption measures in Germany, the U.S. and the U.K.
